Jasper Reed is the Foot Stalker and since local law enforcement has been unable to track her down, SuperGirl has come to save the day and all the defenseless feet of St Pete. Jasper however has a secret weapon, some mind control spray. She sprays SuperGirl Macy and she is immediately under her control. Jasper doesn’t want to worship her feet this time, she wants some foot love for herself and plus to teach SuperGirl a lesson for meddling.
